OUR WORK STARTED WITH HOMES.
A practical beginning that still shapes our approach.
HLM Construction began by renovating houses. Interest from neighbors helped turn that work into a business serving homeowners and commercial clients in Nevada.
That beginning keeps our attention on the experience of using a space. A kitchen can look different without becoming easier to cook in. A larger bathroom can still lack useful storage. We believe a renovation earns its place when the changes make sense beyond the first impression.
Our work now includes residential and commercial projects in Nevada. Each comes with its own questions about layout, appearance, and daily use. We approach those questions with an interest in what the owner wants to accomplish, then help turn that understanding into a direction for the project.

You may arrive with saved images, material samples, or a clear idea of the finished room. You may only know what frustrates you about the current one. Both are useful. We believe the conversation should leave room for preferences, practical concerns, and questions you have not yet answered.
The plan should follow that understanding. More storage may matter more than a larger island. Keeping a familiar layout may be the right choice. We approach remodeling with the belief that a decision is worthwhile when it serves the person using the space.
